Italians know a quality ingredient when they taste one, and Quality Centre has made it their mission to import only Italy’s finest. And La Stella – the brand behind Quality Centre’s instagrammable burrata – is no exception. Our objective was to showcase the quality of the produce beyond focusing on just the brand – to spotlight the people in the restaurant kitchens who brought these ingredients to life. With recipes that looked as mouth watering as they tasted and chefs who adored the finest products from Quality Centre, we created exciting visual content that captured the feel of flavours from the Mediterranean.
